Charles Sturt University carried out two rounds of energy and water conservation projects at their Wagga Wagga campus between 2008 and 2010. This joint case study presentation between CSU Green and Ecosave (an energy services company which identified and implemented the projects) will share the trials and tribulations, successes and learning experiences from the implementation of these projects. This facilitated session will discuss how to determine and articulate the drivers behind the need, harness executive support, build a business case for action and identify different methods of delivering energy and water conservation projects.
