The Use of Social Media to promote Sustainability

Is it possible to achieve specific behaviour goals through the effective use of social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTUbe and blogs? Using best practice examples, this workshop will explore how organisation are changing customer’s bahaviour by communicating and interacting with them through social media. The session will address key factors to consider, based on an understanding of human psycology, when creating sustainability-related communications and link this with tips and techniques for establishing social media channels to help develop a social media marketing strategy for your organisation.
