Green Steps is recognised as a leading EfS program. We empower students with the practical skills and knowledge needed to create positive environmental change within organisations and the wider community.

In this hands-on workshop, we feature the Green Steps waste auditing module as a case study of a participatory EfS course. Participants will get an opportunity to conduct a waste audit and discuss waste issues in organisations. The module’s structure and content will be pulled apart and participants will look critically at the role teaching and learning styles play in effective EfS and how this training style and approach can be applied to other subjects and courses. At the very least, you’ll walk away knowing how to conduct a waste audit!
