Annual General Meeting
The ACTS Annual General Meeting is to be held on Wednesday 31 October 2018
At 12.40pm (ACST) at the Adelaide Health and Medical Sciences (AHMS) building, South Australia
As a non-profit member based organisation, ACTS aims to inspire, promote and support change towards best practice sustainability across all types of campuses. We do this by building cross sector partnerships, bringing together sustainability educators, practitioners and change-makers to create a community for positive engagement, capacity building and impact.
Paramount to the success of the association is the time and dedication provided by our voluntary management committee (referred to as the Executive Board). This passionate group of sustainability minded professionals and educators has guided the strategic direction of ACTS, supported its initiatives and broadened the standing of ACTS regionally and in an international arena. To continue this work, ACTS is pleased to announce a call for nominations for the following officer positions:
- President: Chairs the management committee, whilst providing strong leadership to drive the direction and implementation of actions and objectives of the association.
- Treasurer: Manages the financial affairs of the association.
- Secretary: Manages the association’s documents and meetings, and is located in Queensland (as per the requirements of the Queensland Incorporations ACT).
Nominations must be submitted by COB 24 October 2018 via email to the ACTS General Manager.
