The Nature Positive Group (NPG) is established to provide an open, ongoing peer support network for ACTS members working to embed biodiversity conservation and nature positive action across their institutions.
The objectives of the NPG are as follows:
- Networking and collaboration: Foster knowledge sharing among members on biodiversity conservation, restoration and nature positive initiatives.
- Practical support: Share project examples, challenges and solutions across a broad range of campus environments, including schools and medical precincts.
- Adaptive Practice: Highlight and exchange insights on integrating biodiversity into campus planning, teaching, research and engagement.
- Sector awareness: Elevate emerging approaches, policies and opportunities to support nature positive action across Australasia.
This group meets quarterly.
Members can express interest to join the working group via the Member Portal.
