This Green Campus Week, the Medical Science Precinct (MSP) Edible Garden Group from the University of Tasmania will be sharing their knowledge on how to plan, prepare and plant a healthy courtyard garden on campus.
Learn firsthand about growing plants in containers, watering techniques, and choosing the right crops for small spaces. The session explores how to organise a community to care for the garden, and rounded out with a live cooking demonstration using fresh produce harvested directly from the courtyard beds.
