This accessible session, led by Jess Taylor from ACTS, will include simple seated movement, stretching and a guided meditation, all designed to help you reset, reconnect and return to your afternoon feeling calmer and more refreshed…all from the comfort of your desk.

The #actsofconnection series includes live webinars, shared learning opportunities, competitions and networking events aimed at connecting a community of passionate individuals who want to learn more about sustainability.

Accessible to all staff and students of ACTS Members, the series helps individuals:

     – Increase their sustainability literacy,

     – Connect with a supportive community of likeminded people, and

     – Learn simple yet effective ways to help build a better future!
