There is no doubt that our planet and its climate are changing as a result of human actions. We’re now faced with more extreme weather events, declining biodiversity, and increasing degradation and pollution of natural environments.

Planetary health is defined as the health of human populations and the state of the natural systems on which it depends. Urgent attention and action are required to address the extensive damage that humans have created and acknowledge our health is intrinsically linked to the health of the planet.

Join Monash experts, Dr Selina Lo and Professor Yuming Guo, this June to learn more about the impacts of planetary health on our health and wellbeing, climate change and what we all need to do to reverse the damage.

Registration is open to staff and students from organisations subscribed to #actsofconnection. Get in touch if you would like to get access to this popular engagement program.
