Given that laboratories are major consumers of energy, water, and resources there is a growing need to identify and develop best practices to mitigate their impact. In this meeting ACTS members shared successes, challenges, and lessons for enhancing lab efficiencies and adopting sustainable practices.

Member roundtables are an opportunity for sustainability educators and practitioners to connect in an informal virtual setting to share ideas, challenges and practical solutions with colleagues from across the ACTS network.

Each meeting will be limited to a small number of active participants, allowing everyone the opportunity to share experiences from their institution on the roundtable topic. Members can also register as non-presenting participants (while still able to submit questions for discussion).

There is no expectation for organisations to be doing everything perfectly (in reference to the roundtable topic), rather this is an opportunity to connect with fellow members within the ACTS community who are addressing similar challenges, and taking advantage of similar opportunities!
