This week we will be joined by our favourite yogi, Jess Strong, who will be taking us through some yoga basics in celebration of the upcoming International Day of Yoga (June 21).

Originating in Northern India over 5000 years ago, yoga is now practiced across the globe and celebrated for its physical, mental, and spiritual benefits. Regular practice can help manage stress, improve flexibility, balance, sleep and general health and wellbeing.

Join this session from the comfort of your own home or find a quiet space in the office and be guided through this beginner practice. This is your chance to take a step back from the daily grind, breathe, and do something that benefits your mind and body.

Jess, who has completed her 200hr RYT (Yoga Alliance), “truly believes yoga is for everybody and that anyone can benefit from practicing” and welcomes all to join her in this session and take away some easy and effective poses to boost your wellbeing.

Please note all levels are welcome to join, however the session will focus of beginner/introductory movement.

Registration are open only to staff and students from organisations subscribed to #actsofconnection. Get in touch if you would like to get access to this popular engagement program.
